New luxury glamping experience launches at Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve
Want to go camping without the fuss of pitching a tent? Try the new glamping experience by Arabian Adventures.
You’ll be picked up at 3pm and go to the UAE’s first national park, the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR).
The experience for two in a private vehicle costs Dhs4,449 if you are being picked up within Dubai. For out-of-towners, the cost goes up by Dhs100 per person (fuel charge).
The adventure begins with dune bashing – think rollercoaster ride, but on sand. Then comes a camel ride to the campsite. Once you’ve checked into your lux tent, you can relax, unwind and watch the sun turn the sky orange and pink as it bids you goodbye for the night.
Watch the stars light up the sky as you sip on some sundowners before ticking into a barbeque served under the stars as relaxing music plays in the background. You also have the option of going on a walking night safari.
